The always popular Discovery Channel’s Shark week kicks off on the 31st July at 9 pm and delivers some of the most cutting edge documentary techniques in order to broadcast the most factually accurate and visually entertaining shark footage available. Footage like that seen in the world renowned “Air Jaws 1 & Air Jaws 2” and “Ultimate Air Jaws” has been keeping viewers enthralled for decades.
Andy Samberg will be hosting Shark Week 2011 which boasts seven brand new shows and promises to be the most action packed shark week ever broadcast. Chris Fallows, well known for his research and stunning photography, will be joining an international team of shark scientist in the program “Great White Invasion.” This program will be exploring why large numbers of sharks are suddenly being found swimming among surfers and swimmers off the coast of Australia and South Africa.
