The blue shark is found in the same environment as the mako shark but it is a completely different shark to dive with. It is extremely relaxed and very curious in approaching divers. This makes composing blue shark pictures a lot easier to anticipate. Normally we are surrounded by large numbers of blue sharks and Chris Fallows affectionately calls them the “puppy dogs of the sea.” Blue sharks are open ocean nomads and sharks Chris tagged in the past were recaptured several thousand kilometres away.
